Questions
Is this medical advice?
No. We teach a daily practice: where the tongue rests, keeping the lips together and breathing through the nose. It is education, not medical or dental care. Check with your doctor or dentist before you start; when to see someone lists who to see for each sign. In an emergency, call your local emergency number now. The community and our inbox are not for emergencies.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The Season Pass is sold through Link, a Stripe service, so your subscription lives there: sign in at link.com with the email you paid with and cancel it. Cancel within the 7 free days and you pay nothing.
What does it cost after the free week?
€39 a month, tax included, from the end of the 7 free days until you cancel. The Stripe page may show the price in your own currency.
Do I need anything to start?
No equipment. A phone or computer to read the daily page, and a few minutes a day. Early on you take two photos and write down five numbers as your baseline; a phone camera is enough.
Who runs the academy?
We are a small team teaching orthotropics, the approach of Dr. John Mew, carried on by Mike Mew. About the academy says where the method comes from, and the evidence register grades what we claim and where we stay neutral.
