Addendum — Subscriptions, Cancellation & EU Consumers

Added July 2026. Where this addendum differs from the sections above, the addendum applies.

A1. The Membership Subscription

Mewing Academy membership is a monthly subscription of €39,00 EUR (VAT included where applicable), billed in advance and renewing automatically each month until cancelled. The subscription grants access to the Season curriculum as you progress, the community, and periodic live sessions, for as long as the subscription is active.

A2. Cancellation — one click, no traps

You may cancel at any time from your account settings, in one click. No email confirmation loops, no retention calls, no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not bill again after cancellation. If you ever experience anything different, contact us and we will fix it and refund any wrongly taken charge.

A3. EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your first purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the membership gives immediate access to digital content and services, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate performance; if you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund the price paid less a proportionate amount for the period already elapsed — in practice, we round in your favour. To withdraw, a plain email to the address in Section 18 is enough.

A4. Your content stays yours

Everything you post — messages, comments, progress photos — remains your property. You grant us only the licence needed to display it within the Services to the audiences you chose. You can request an export of your content and personal data, or its deletion, at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

A5. Honest-expectations clause

We repeat here, contractually, what the curriculum says plainly: we do not promise physical transformations, timelines, or specific results. Adult change in this practice is slow and individual. Any statement anywhere in our materials should be read in light of this clause, and nothing in the Services is medical advice (see Section 10).

A6. Governing law for consumers

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you additionally retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
